MINISTERIAL AWARD:Adamawa State Emerge as State with Highest Report on GBV Cases in the Country.

Adamawa State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development  received a Ministerial Award at the National level.

The Award Ceremony was held on the 24th of August, 2023 at Calabar, Cross River State during the National Country for Women Affairs and was received by the Hon Commissioner for Women Affairs Mrs Wunfe G Anthony and some staff of the ministry.

Adamawa State was recognised as the highest in reporting cases of Gender Based Violence at the National dashboard with a designated and functional situation room.
